Long term stays are always discounted, please write me. I am willing to work on a plan that fits your budget. Longer stays are a flat costs. Summary: This was for a place to have guest stay and all of us hang out mainly around the pool. There were a couple maintenance issues I thought nothing about helping to take care of. It was quiet and relaxing. The heated pool is warm and there are plenty of seats on the patio.Thing to be aware of: the Hot tub is not at the house, it's at the club house but is available. If you plan to be intimate down stairs or in the pool. Bring some painters tape to cover the cameras. Same goes if you have children with you. They are part of the security system and didn't bother us, as they are just in the great room and pool area. Overall it was a great stay. And I will stay here again if the need arises.

Summary: Property is as listed. Excellent communication from host. Beware of additional rental agreement required. Security gate at front of neighborhood was difficult to work and communicate with. Several day delay of necessary entry information.

Summary: The home is very comfortable and spacious in a nice community. The owner has thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with everything you need. Instacart delivers to this property so we had groceries from Publix delivered shortly after we arrived. Great way to start a week’s stay!

Summary: My daughter was getting married in Umatilla and we needed a place last minute due to a booking issue with another property. The owner was attentive, kind and responsive. The home was beautiful (check out sunrise on golf course). Home as advertised, well stocked. Thank you!

Summary: My friends and I decided to try this area for our golf trip. This house was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room were nice and large and had everything that we needed. The living room had very comfy sofas and a nice large screen TV for chilling out after 36 holes of golf everyday. There was a Publix and some restaurants close by that made it very convenient. Would definitely stay here again if we golf in the area in the future.

Summary: The house was fine, it was big and clean, but the host was greedy and deceitful. After staying at the house over 24 hours with no power, no indication of when it would be back, and no communications from the host even after several attempts to contact, we had no choice but to go somewhere else with power (someone in our party has a CPAP and couldn't do another night without it, and we had to get ready for a wedding which required showers and outlets) - I let the host know we had no choice but to leave, and still no answer until several hours later when the power came back on (2 days into our powerless reservation at this point), he said it was back on and he would not refund any of our stay, even though we had no choice but to pay for somewhere else to stay with power, and was very rude about it. I know this was not his fault and he had no control over losing power after a hurricane, but to deny even a partial refund in that situation is unreasonable, electricity is a necessity and comes with the reservation. Luckily the new place had a great and understanding host and let us cancel with a refund so we didn't have to pay for two places. Also the toilet in the master bath was locked which was irritating, the whole upstairs had to share one bathroom which is not what the listing says; and he charged a large cleaning fee and we had to wash/dry/clean everything ourselves before checkout, most do one or the other, or both with a small cleaning fee.

Summary: Had an amazing 2 week stay, the house is spacious & well equipped with everything you need plus extra. Good communication with owner Mike. Pool was such a great feature for all times of the day & night & enjoyed by all. Would certainly stay again & definitely recommend to family & friends for the perfect holiday base.
